At the core of Vimeos DNA is a focus on creating a seamless & intuitive workflow for video creators. As a Product Designer on this team, you will significantly impact the business side & work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, data analysts, team stakeholders, & other designers & creatives in Israel, the US, & the UK. Youll have a direct impact through design ownership of one or more facets of this product. We have a big vision, & were looking for the most creative people to help us get there.

What you will do:

• Be a partner in Vimeos global Product Design team, working in Israel on the video Creation & Editing tools
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, UX writers, & data analysts within a dedicated squad to reach your product area goals
• Grow your design toolset & skills, & develop your career path
• Deliver best-in-class user experiences worthy of the Vimeo brand & design system
• Execute simple, beautiful, & user-centric design solutions to various problems. Create user journeys from the concept phase through mockups, prototypes, & quality reviews, all the way to release & post-release optimizations based on qualitative & quantitative research

• Conduct usability tests & user interviews, document, identify & share insights to address our users needs & improve our product
• Own your work - be autonomous & promptly take responsibility for every last detail
• Be a team player that is both professional & pleasant to work with
• Work flexibly from home or our Tel Aviv & Ness Ziona offices.
  
  

What you will bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a product UX designer, designing digital products
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrate relevant product experience, processes, & your specific contribution
• Ability to communicate your design vision & strategy through verbal & written explanations to small or large groups, from designers to the leadership team
• Familiar with Web, iOS, & Android design patterns/standards
• Experience with Figma - designing, prototyping, & working with design systems
• Excellent English language skills

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication design
• Experience working within a team in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) tech company
• Experience designing video tools & creative products
