  • Conduct statistical analyses utilizing SQL, Python, or relevant software
  • Develop & maintain relationships with our pharma Vants & partner with senior executives to understand data & evidence needs & provide insight into the power of RWD analytics

  • Lead & execute RWD analyses, including publishing peer-reviewed work where appropriate
  • Develop & apply novel statistical methodologies to identify data asset gaps
  • Bring new ideas & approaches to the organization, helping define our research & analytics offerings & contributing as a thought leader

Who you are:

  • Advances quantitative graduate degree in the life sciences, health economics, epidemiology, or related field (PhD preferred), plus 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience with real-world data (medical claims, pharmacy claims, EMR data, etc.) to generate scientifically rigorous results
  • Deep experience in designing, collecting, & analyzing RWD using EHRs, patient charts & administrative claims datasets
  • Proficient in SQL & one of python or R & experience working with large datasets
  • Ability to take detailed observational study results & communicate them in a clear, non-technical manner to internal cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to company publications strategy via development of conference abstracts, presentations, peer-reviewed manuscripts based on the findings of RWE studies
  • Experience interacting with the FDA or other regulatory bodies a plus
  • Experience with payers a plus
