The Role:

NS1 is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to own lead generation & conversion optimization within a highly technical, senior management (director & above) audience. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Growth & collaborate with a talented team of marketing, product marketers, engineers, & salespeople to generate new leads & drive qualified opportunities with enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using a variety of digital marketing channels (such as ABM, email, display advertising, social media, SEO, etc.) & has a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that focus on generating qualified leads & converting pipeline.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage marketing campaigns & demand gen activities (webinars, content, product launches, etc..) across digital channels, with a strong focus on display, paid social, & search
  • Plan, create, implement & oversee all campaigns, including creative, copy & landing pages
  • Own process for iterative testing to optimize performance of campaigns & content
  • Proactively engage with the go-to-market & sales team to coordinate, communicate, & optimize the impact of campaigns marketing activities to support opportunity creation, pipeline & bookings goals
  • Identify & evaluate emerging platforms & channels to lead new tests & growth initiatives
  • Continuous testing & optimization of messaging, content, creative & user funnel
  • Optimize marketing automation & lead nurturing across email, content, & social
  • Helping manage marketing attribution platforms

Your Skills:

  • BA/BS or relevant work experience
  • Able to quickly learn & become fluent in new technologies
  • Track record of driving insights & strategically sound marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with B2B, enterprise-level tech companies
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter Ads, Google/Microsoft Advertising Network (Bing), Customer Acquisition, Cohort Analysis, Analytics & Reporting, Marketing Automation Tools, Google Analytics, SQL+BI/data visualization, etc.
  • Flexibility to proactively take on assignments & responsibilities
  • Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights & recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
  • SEO & on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
  • Email marketing experience including creating, segmenting, & optimizing for engagement

  • Project management skills to move content efficiently from ideation to production

  • Ability to work cross functionally, across multiple groups & technical levels
  • Experience working directly with sales team & internal stakeholders to elicit feedback & build positive relationships
