As Compasss M&A Integration Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operational integration of boutique brokerage acquisitions. You will help conduct operational due diligence & execute strategic M&A integration initiatives. An effective project manager & creative problem solver, you will manage integration planning & execution, working closely & collaboratively with key functions across Compass including finance, legal, communications, marketing, business development, listings & other internal teams.

At Compass You Will:

  • Lead acquisition integration activities, including strategic planning & tactical execution
  • Help refine Compass post-acquisition integration playbook
  • Help conduct operational due diligence to inform integration planning
  • Act as the primary liaison & point-of-contact to Principal(s) at acquired brokerages to ensure seamless integration
  • Manage operational on the ground teams during critical phases of integration
  • Implement thoughtful business processes to support & integrate agents
  • Hold yourself to a standard of constant improvement, learning from past experiences & adjusting your go-forward strategy
  • Be an "athlete" who is excited to dive in & play a hands on role

What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree & 5-7+ years experience leading an account management, customer service, or internal operations group preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning & project management skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects in a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Highly resourceful problem solver & quick learner; solution-oriented mindset & work approach
  • Ability to think critically & strategically to evaluate processes & innovate better systems amidst a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients to solve complex/challenging operational & people issues
  • Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders & cross-functional teams
  • Ability to gain respect from & lead seasoned real estate industry professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills & a natural ability to connect with others
  • Ability to work independently & take ownership of projects
  • Highly organized, reliable & detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to travel & work weekend hours as needed
