Lyft is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support the head of operations at Lyft Transit Bikes & Scooters (TBS). In this role, you will support executives in a wide range of administrative, project management, & team capacities. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working in a constantly-changing environment & streamlining hectic days. You need to be incredibly well-organized, naturally flexible, & an amazing communicator. Youre a people person, you always get the job done, but youre not afraid to have fun along the way.


  • Manage complex calendars with internal & external meeting coordination
  • Handle travel & expenses for the executives you support
  • Prioritize departmental goals according to the executive guidance
  • Develop & assist with preparation of presentation materials & briefs
  • Prep meeting materials, agendas & take meeting notes
  • Manage team-wide expenses
  • Manage the logistics for complex offsites, org meetings, market visits, & trainings
  • Liaise with cross functional teams within the company & external parties to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure timely communications & handling confidential information
  • Identify gaps in communication & identify issues that need to be escalated
  • Track & monitor pending business issues for follow-up & execution
  • Project manage tasks to ensure follow-up to action items
  • Plan team building events & keep a pulse on culture & team morale
  • Provide back up coverage for other Executive Business Partners
  • You will report to the Head of TBS


  • 3+ years experience providing direct administrative support (or a comparable role) to a VP or Director level executive at a fast paced company
  • Master of written communication: clear & concise emails, pings, requests
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Remain composed under stress & shifting priorities
  • Adaptable & resourceful in a dynamic environment
  • Even-tempered, no-nonsense, can-do attitude
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Self-starter: can take even the smallest project & run with it to the successful completion
  • Ability to stay on top of new tools & technologies with an interest & passion to constantly learn
  • Team-oriented with experience of maintaining a positive culture
  • A commitment to excelling in the Executive Assistant profession, not necessarily looking to quickly bridge to a different career track
