We are currently looking for an experienced Media & Demand Generation Senior Manager to drive significant revenue growth through the management of key media channels for our National & Local campaigns across our different brands. The ideal candidate will know how to build & scale complex marketing campaigns across an evolving media environment, has demonstrated experience working at or managing an agency & working in a matrix environment to achieve positive results. Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible & accountable for the entirety of respective programs from implementation to attribution to optimization
  • Manage & integrate external partners within different areas of the business to help elevate the entire marketing department
  • Work with Senior Leadership cross functionally to communicate respective program strategies & channel direction
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, & reconciliations for respective programs
  • Provide continuous assessment of respective programs & identify areas for improvement
  • Accountable for successful management of program KPIs & on-going validation of performance
  • Support league & team partnerships
  • Manage members of the team to foster an environment that encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation & creativity
  • Identify, develop, & grow top talent within the Media & Partnerships team
  • Evolve our understanding of the competitive landscape & enhance our planning & execution by leveraging reporting & insights across the organization
  • Drive analysis, reporting & insights, & dissemination of such information for key program
  • Drive & prioritize key analytics projects for respective program

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years of experience managing respective digital channels (social, digital audio, programmatic, native)
  • 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing & media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) & understanding of the utilization & relationship between them
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data & methodologies used to inform decision making & drive performance management
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Experience negotiating favorable rates & deal structures with advertising partners
  • Strong understanding of marketing testing & reporting methodology
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally & in writing, & provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams & ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, & ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business & culture of sports & gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
