About the role:

Manage a team of Account Development Representatives that are responsible for sourcing & developing opportunities within assigned territories. ADRs generate new sales opportunities to feed pipeline by cold calling & conducting strategic outreach through thorough research & qualification. You will play an integral role as the manager & leader of this team, motivating each individual to achieve personal & team quotas. You will also be a valuable contributor to the ADR organization, helping to improve & implement team processes through leading by example.


Hire, Train & Manage a team of Account Development Reps

  • Develop Reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  • Reporting on sales activity & forecast to senior management
  • Motivate Individuals & Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, & creative incentives
  • Identify & make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, & productivity
  • The team is based in NYC but the role will support the Central Region

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or sales development management
  • Proven record of sales success in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve results
  • Outstanding communication, organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent presentation & listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to hire & train new ADRs
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sales coaching & mentoring
  • Has a strong drive for results
  • Strong engagement & communication skills
  • Bachelors degree
