Conga is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, the Project Manager will be primarily responsible for the success of Conga implementations. The Project Manager will be the main contact for client projects, create project plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables meetings, ensure milestones are completed & delivered on schedule, & drive to a successful client go-live.
Accountable for all elements of the project including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, & issues to deliver exceptional value & client satisfaction
Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients from the time of sale through the implementation process
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test & deployment management activities
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools & partnerships to expand & mature these capabilities for the organization
Prepare estimates & detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Manage project scope & changes
Monitor, track & control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies & critical path deliverables
Identify & develop trusted advisor relationships with project & program stakeholders & sponsors
Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule & quality standards via internal team collaboration & client communication
Bachelor's degree or greater
Strong task & client management skills
Ability to work with & manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously
3+ years of high tech SaaS project management experience, including gathering requirements from the client, tracking & planning projects, & working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Proven ability to demonstrate & drive for results & accountability of business needs
Experience in successfully leading projects & programs to on-schedule close
Familiarity with PMI standards
Previous Salesforce experience or certification preferred
Experience with Conga's products is preferred
Contract Lifecycle Management experience
Travel expectations - 25%
