Job Description:
The Manager, Operations will be responsible for managing key weekly operations as well as special projects related to product & operations workstreams. You will have the opportunity to deep dive into different functional areas, designing & executing projects. Areas of focus may include Fulfillment Management, Forecasting, Logistics,Product Development, Operations Tech Enablement & KPI Tracking. The Manager, Operations is highly agile, has a passion for diagnosing & bringing structure to complex business challenges (and is not afraid of getting their hands dirty!), & adept at change & stakeholder management.
You will ...
- Manage key weekly operations tasks to ensure boxes get out on time & correct every week
- Partner directly with Head of Product & Operations to spearhead new product & operations related initiatives from inception
- Collaborate closely with all areas of the small, agile team including working directly with the CEO as well as with other functions like marketing
- Develop, lead & execute complex cross-functional project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, communication plans & task owners. This includes active stakeholder management & maintaining open lines of communication with project sponsors
- Identify, prioritize, structure, & solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics & business judgment
- Lead continuous improvement projects. This may involve designing & prototyping systems & tools

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelors Degree in related Business or operations fields or equivalent education/experience
- 2+ years of related work experience, ideally with operations and/or data analytics experience
- Experience working in operational areas (ideally manufacturing, retail or similar). Management or operations consulting experience ideal
- Experience working on or managing complex projects in a hands-on analytical environment
- Proven experience establishing, implementing, & executing operational process
- Strong data & analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets skillfully by building complex models & identify/resolve problems quickly using sound & professional judgment
- Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), & relationship building skills, across all levels of management & with technical & non-technical people
- Ability to manage resources, budgets, vendors, & be able to lead & guide projects through completion
