About The Role:
WePay, a progressive fintech company within JPMorgan Chase Merchant Services is growing & seeking a quality assurance professional to help deliver high quality, customer-oriented, & operationally viable end-to-end solutions. As a Product User Acceptance Tester, you will be responsible for driving & managing all test planning & execution activities throughout the product delivery lifecycle with a focus on SMB Payments & Merchant Services.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can proactively engage with virtual, cross organizational teams. & who has great level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, & analytical/problem solving skills. You will be responsible for establishing a repeatable process to perform validation leveraging simulated test merchants to perform User Acceptance Testing & create a template for testers to use for future needs of the business. This will include coordinating resources (staff, equipment, vendors & consultants) across one or more products, test planning, test data preparation, test execution, defect management, preparing & presenting progress reports for management, collecting, documenting & archiving all required testing artifacts.
