Oscar Product is a growing, fast-paced team using technology & design to revolutionize healthcare. As a Senior Product Manager, youll play a key role in helping Oscar solve problems with smart technology solutions & accelerating your teams execution. Youll have the opportunity to work on a range of high impact problems to support Oscars business goals, partner with senior stakeholders across the business, & independently define the strategy for your product domain area & lead cross-functional projects within tech.
This role is on our Search Team. Youll work closely with a team of back-end engineers to: make our doctor networks & other healthcare concepts searchable for members, brokers & internal operations teams; make our search systems more robust, performant, scalable & configurable; & develop optimal doctor recommendation strategies per context. Youll collaborate extensively with front-end & back-end product, data, operations & business teams.
You will report into a Group Product Manager in NYC. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office & part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid
