The RealReal is seeking self-driven individuals with excellent communication & interpersonal skills to join our team. As a Business Development Representative you will have the ability to work autonomously in an ever-evolving environment with a creative approach to problem solve. You will have passion for the brand & be able to build trust with prospects & customers.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Call & makes initial contact with prospects; determines or enhances prospects level of interest in TRR
  • Qualify & nurture leads through well planned & executed efforts
  • Develop & nurture leads through regular communication via phone & email; responds to inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients
  • Evaluate prospects against established criteria; routes prospects to the appropriate sales channel
  • Works with Marketing & Sales teammates to develop new ways of building potential business
  • Prioritize competing day-to-day activities to ensure that all management objectives are met
  • Manage & track leads using CRM systems while maintaining accurate & up-to-date records
  • Distill the essence of our service in easy-to-understand terms & communicate to various prospective clients The RealReals value proposition
  • Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
