Vimeo is seeking a Senior Manager, AR & Collections to join the Enterprise Finance Operations team, a role that will play a vital part in laying the foundation for scaling the business to support the continued growth of the company in the Enterprise space.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of account receivables for our portfolio Enterprise accounts.  In this role you will be hands on & lead the design & implementation of processes & supporting technology of accounts receivable, collection strategies, payment operations & related reporting.

What youll do: 

  • Manage the small team of Collections, Cash Applications & Support in day to day operations of our accounts receivable & collection processes
  • Enhance & implement effective strategies for collections, including dunning & automated workflows in collaboration with IT & business partners
  • Evaluate, select & implement appropriate & effective technology to support the Accounts Receivable & DSO goals
  • Partner with Bangalore team of analysts to enhance processes & customer engagement, creating feedback loops & generating actionable insights to new strategies
  • Oversee payment operations & collaborate with IT & treasury on enhancements to automation procedures, including anticipated globalization
  • Manage month-end close tasks & metrics reports, including allowance for doubtful debt analysis, preparation & reconciliation of relevant financial reports
  • Provide world-class customer service to internal & external customers (i.e., Sales, FP&A, Customer-Success, Revenue Accounting, Billing Team)
  • Develop, document, maintain & communicate AR, Collection & Payment procedures

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • 6+ years of  B2B collections experience (in public software or SaaS company preferred)
  • Strong understanding of collection strategies & payment operations, including multi currency & non US based operations
  • Experience with accounting procedures, month-end & quarter-end close processes
  • Experience with managing & developing a team, including members across different regions & timezones
  • Experience implementing & maturing systems & processes
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines & common goals
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with all levels of internal & external customers
  • Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company
