Digital Marketing Manager SP & PT

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to build & implement the digital marketing strategy in the region, managing our online acquisition efforts & push Adyens digital presence across a number of channels.

In this role, you own the digital marketing strategy in Spain & Portugal to drive customer engagement by finding new, innovative ways to increase brand awareness & connect with our target audience. You will work from our Madrid office as part of the global marketing team.

You are our ideal candidate if you are passionate about digital marketing, data, tech, a strong communicator with a wide range of digital marketing skills. You have a hands-on mentality, with an ability to develop, implement, track & optimize new marketing initiatives across all digital channels. Collaborating closely with the global marketing teams, you will be delivering creative lead generation initiatives & brand awareness marketing campaigns.

What youll do:

  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns in the Spanish & Portuguese markets to identify new opportunities & deliver leads to support sales efforts;
  • Execute & improve all paid search tactics through hands-on, daily optimizations across paid channels (search, social, display). Involving strategic creation, implementation, & management of Paid Search Marketing campaigns;
  • Execute & improve current Spanish & Portuguese SEO tactics, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building & more;
  • Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns & promotions across all channels;
  • Collaborate with local & global teams of content & digital marketing, events marketing, designers, product managers, sales, marketing, & external influencers & agencies to deliver the digital marketing strategy & assets to implement across multiple platforms;
  • Update & maintain Spanish website.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital B2B marketing & customer acquisition;
  • Experienced digital practitioner in B2B payment technology with demonstrable & well-rounded experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, programmatic, display, website optimisation;
  • Experienced in building, implementing & reporting on campaigns using Marketo,, & Google Analytics;
  • High language proficiency in both Spanish & English. Portuguese is a plus;
  • Data-oriented, analytical mindset. Experience with & good understanding of working with data optimisation;
  • Hands on mentality, creative & curious about the latest technologies & platforms.
