JOB DETAILS
 

The Sales team at Ripple continues to build-out in response to rapid customer growth. To meet this need, we're looking to hire a team member to focus on Client Solutions for our Sales team in New York. With the goal of delivering enterprise solutions to clients, this role will require close partnerships with multiple departments including, Product, Product Marketing, & Customer Success.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Present Ripple solutions from a technical & product perspective
  • Whiteboard with clients to understand & detail their workflow requirements with regard to Ripple solutions
  • Capture business requirements, define scope, create designs & specifications
  • Work with clients to help determine business efforts in terms to integrate our solution
  • Work with clients to understand where & how technology can assist them in meeting their objectives
  • Work closely with clients, as well as internal & external teams to construct solution designs, cost estimates & implementation plans spanning all systems involved
  • Field technical queries, acting as the single point of contact for the new system, for both the client & internal teams for future designs, enhancements & strategic direction
  • 50% or more travel required once local travel restrictions are lifted

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum five years of functional & technical knowledge of payments & funds settlement systems 
  • Experience leading & architecting enterprise-level payment solutions consistent with product vision i.e. SOA, Application integration, API design & management
  • Excellent Presentation, written & verbal communication skills 
  • Knowledge & experience working with industry data standards (e.g. in Banking (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA), a plus
  • The ability to think out-of-the-box to help clients achieve their needs
  • Strong willingness to engage hands on, & not rely on directions from other departments
  • You have strong interest & experience in championing & driving the development of product 
  • software features & extensions by working in conjunction with internal & external stakeholders
  • Second language preferred but not required within professional working level of proficiency of Spanish
