A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with end users to understand CRM administrative needs, resolve issues & meet business requirements
- Design & implement business logic & application customization via custom objects, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, etc.
- Document procedures, policies, & technical requirements
- Facilitate system administration, & help streamline business functionality, including: profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, security models, application customization, reports & dashboards, & more...
- Maintain & advise on a selection of 3rd party technologies to improve services & sales productivity within the CRM platform
