You understand how to plan out functional, experiential, & security requirements for front & back end systems that bring this new technology to the masses. You have a passion for making shit happen & a hunger to learn how to create meaningful Web3 programs that drive engagement & extend brand experiences. 

You are a process ninja; with a knack for aligning people & processes. Youre the task-maven who keeps projects moving forward using all of the skills at your disposal. Youre a sponge who listens, is hungry for knowledge, & puts lessons into practice without hesitation. 

The PITCH

A successful candidate will support the smooth running of our projects, working closely with technical vendors, developers, & the operations team to maintain, troubleshoot, & optimize our clients Web3 infrastructure & applications. 

This position is a three-month temporary residency with the potential to build into full-time roles. The first cohort will begin in March, & will be a mix of remote & in-person, with required in-person days in New York or Miami. 

You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET, Monday through Friday. 

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Heres where you come in.

• Work with the operations team & technical vendors to manage Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including testing & documentation, to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, & monitoring of back-end systems, especially during Web3 program launches, to ensure APIs & databases are performing optimally
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement & maintain client-side features
• Develop & independently maintain operational tools & processes (e.g., Asana task management) to help streamline our workflows
• Assist with identifying & mitigating security risks across our systems
• Research & stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the Web3 ecosystem, including NFT marketplaces, minting APIs, Web3 SaaS solutions, smart contract standards & innovations, novel protocols & essential Web3 mechanics like token gating & loyalty programs
• Provide technical consulting to the team as needed

The ideal candidate has:

• Solid knowledge of front-end development frameworks & languages, such as HTML, CSS, & JavaScript
• Familiarity with back-end systems, APIs & databases, such as Node.js, Express, & MongoDB
• Experience with QA management, including developing & executing test plans & documenting results, 
• Understanding of security concepts & best practices for securing web applications
• Passion for the Web3 ecosystem & blockchain technologies, with a deep knowledge of NFT marketplaces, minting APIs, cryptocurrencies, metaverses, & all things digital collecting/trading
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Preferred candidates are:

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology Commercialization, Enterprise Technology Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain, or a related field 
• Familiarity with Git & Agile development methodologies
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure providers is a plus
• Deep knowledge of Discord & other Web3 social channels, spanning automation & authentication tools, server security measures, & product features
• Attention to Detail, Process Orientation, & Execution Focus.
