What youll do

As a Solutions Engineer, you will craft & implement winning combinations of Ad-Justers products & services based on individual client needs. Solutions Engineers are trusted advisors both internally & externally. Solutions Engineers partner with the Sales team to analyze prospective client needs, match them with our services, & provide input for proposals. Solutions Engineers also influence our companys strategic direction by providing customer insights to the Product Marketing & Client Management teams. Most importantly, Solutions Engineers own product & service implementations with a focus on delivering maximum value to new clients. Successful Solutions Engineers enjoy the challenge of identifying ways to apply technology to make organizations more efficient & take pride in making it happen.

  • Create implementation plans based on client needs & resources
  • Coordinate the efforts Support & Engineering to deliver tailored service configurations
  • Develop power users at client sites 
  • Collaborate with client & internal teams to define client needs for Engineering 
  • Train users on best practices for utilizing our services
  • Assist the Sales team with product demonstrations
  • Use independent judgement & creativity in applying our products to the client needs 
  • Develop strategies to help sales close deals, reduce sales cycles, & save at risk clients
  • Assist Product, Content writer, & Design resources to create customer-facing training & implementation documentation
  • Put clients in a position to succeed through well run implementations
  • Submit feature requests & customization to the Product team for review
  • Travel for customer meetings (post Covid)

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in account management/inside sales
  • Background in digital ad sales or digital ad operations a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines 
  • Work collaboratively among clients & internal teams
