As our first full-time Finance hire, the leader of our finance department, & a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building & owning finance at RippleMatch. You will build out a team, own our FP&A process, work with our part-time consultants to own financial operations, & make intelligent strategic decisions. Youll strategize with the founders & executive team to determine how best to deploy a fresh injection of capital to hit company milestones. This position reports to the Cofounder & President.
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role at a startup, ideally owning FP&A
- Exceptionally process oriented; experience setting up scalable systems
- Someone capable of wearing many hats
- People first mentality; exceptional people management skills
- Strong work ethic & high productivity
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Post-vaccine, full time work from NYC headquarters
Nice to have:
- Early stage B2B Enterprise SaaS experience
- Enterprise pricing experience
What you will own:
- Budgeting / compensation
- KPIs / reporting
- Fundraising / investor management (help founders)
- Accounting / financial operations
- Many functions that do not yet have a leader (legal, risk, ops, etc)
