The Growth Strategy Senior Manager is instrumental in leading the development of thoughtful market strategies that drive short- & long-term growth objectives, ultimately meeting stakeholder needs across a variety of recurring & ad hoc analytical projects.

This role serves as a critical resource in supporting, managing & leading strategic growth projects & initiatives for the functional business unit.  Through strong project management & thoughtful guidance towards team objectives, the Growth Strategy Senior Manager is a vital contributor toward business growth.

How you can make a difference

  • Involvement in all stages of strategic growth project lifecycle including approach development, fact-based insight development, & results communication
    Plans, conducts & directs work on complex projects/programs developing & applying new & unique approaches as needed
    Design & implement analytic market intelligence frameworks to support firm-wide business growth efforts.
    Provide direction on work product, including market analytics, assessments, go-to-market strategies, & target & competitor assessments.
    Ability to foster an innovative & inclusive team-oriented work environment, taking an active role in mentoring junior staff.
    Takes leadership role, as appropriate in internal & external stakeholder conversations related to growth & strategy

    Clear & concise verbal & written communication skills
    Strong project management skills & experience
    Demonstrated ability in leading successful teams & managing conflict. Ability to complete projects on tight time-lines with attention to detail & follow through
    A willingness to learn, take initiative & be resourceful
    A bias for action & pragmatic solutions
    The ability to be flexible in an ambiguous & dynamic environment
    A low ego & humility; an ability to gain trust through strong communication & doing what you say you will do

Experience to drive change

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field
    4-6 years of experience in the areas of healthcare strategic and/or partnership planning
    Proficient in Microsoft office; experience with data visualization is a plus
