The bread & butter
**** Texas, New Jersey, Colorado, California** ( Texas on site) remote role
Were hiring a Contract Recruiter to support HelloFresh recruitment efforts for our US Operations group, for a three-six month project. To succeed in this role, youll need to be a dedicated, passionate talent acquisition specialist that is driven to support HelloFresh to find the best talent. Youll need to be professional, have a high sense of urgency, a proven background of recruiting exempt-level roles in Operations, Production, & Facilities rolesspecifically management & leadership.
Based on current need, this contract is estimated to run for three-six (3-6 months). Possible extension contingent on demand & performance.
In partnership with the current Talent Acquisition team-- source, screen, & drive the hiring process for hiring managers in the following distribution centers: TX, CA, NJ or CO.
Take a creative & results-driven approach to recruiting, developing & improving our sourcing strategies for both active & passive candidates.
Strengthening our employer brand & ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate notes & communicate with candidates in a professional, timely manner.
An active listener who gives full attention to what other people are saying. Taking time to understand stakeholder & candidate needs, asking questions for clarification, & being respectful of other peoples communication.
An excellent communicator that can communicate with others to convey information effectively.
Professionalrepresenting both HelloFresh & candidate interests with the utmost professionalism & ethical behavior.
Minimum of HS diploma / GED; BA/BS degree preferred.
2+ years experience recruiting managerial roles for distribution, operations, manufacturing & facilities;
Experience managing & tracking candidates within an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, etc
