We experiment, scale, & optimize world-wide initiatives, working closely with business, product, engineering, & brand.
What youll do:
We are looking for a Director to lead SEM & Meta Marketing for the Tripadvisor brand, world-wide. This role has a highly visible set of responsibilities, developing the end to end strategy, & leading a team through execution across all product categories, with a particular focus on Hotels & Experiences. This leader will play an integral role in transforming the organization & building direct relationships with our customers over the long term. We need someone with unparalleled expertise in search & exceptional data literacy, equally comfortable getting into the details & presenting to senior leadership.
The Director will report to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing & work closely with other senior leaders to develop category specific marketing strategies & help scale new direct to consumer products.
The Director of SEM & Meta Marketing will be responsible for, among other things:
Develop & drive end to end marketing strategies for SEM & Hotels Ads
Act as a critical thought partner to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing & other
senior leaders on the evolving role of performance marketing
Exceed ambitious but achievable profit & return on investment goals for the assigned channels
across multiple sites, geographies, & languages
