Assist demands related to preventive & corrective maintenance of the office space by accompanying service providers to ensure deliverables related to functioning, cleanliness & conservation;
Monitor repair & maintenance providers to ensure services are provided as contracted;
Conduct daily rounds & maintain meeting room organization & functionality;
Receive then distribute orders, correspondence & documents;
Support internal physical changes, such as furniture;
Control inventory of consumables related to Facilities, place purchase orders for recurring materials, check & store incoming orders;
Answer tickets opened by users;
Track pest control deadlines, carpet cleaning, CPD dedicated air conditioning filter, air quality;
Participate & act in the brigade group;
Support fleet management in document storage;
Provide support in layout projects, aiming to offer comfort for employees, while ensuring they are capable to properly perform their functions in the office space;
Perform other inherent & job-related activities.
Bachelor in Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related
Desirable minimum experience of 2 years in Facilities activities, as well as knowledge of office routines. Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Intermediate English is a requirement.
