Quantcast is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join its Global Sales Operations & Enablement team. The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will support the designing, implementing, calculating, tracking, & reporting of sales incentives for the Quantcast Sales Team globally. You'll also be responsible for all aspects of day to day sales incentive administration (in Xactly) with a focus on accuracy & timely sales incentive payments to our sellers. You'll respond to sales incentive related inquiries in an effective & timely manner. Given our company's hypergrowth, we do have highly complex sales incentive structures, & as such, this role is critical to the company's continued strategic growth. 
 
As a part of a Quantcast Sales Operations & Enablement team, you'll also be exposed to sales forecasting, deal desk, business modeling, strategic project management & enterprise-wide Salesforce CPQ implementation. This position offers a significant opportunity for growth & to use creative ideas to improve processes that support business needs & provides significant exposure to senior management. A successful candidate is an organized self-starter with innate entrepreneurial & analytical abilities.
