 We are seeking a proven sales executive to lead a growing team of Account Executives, responsible for generating new & expansion business across North America. This segment will include mid-size to large companies across all industries. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development & mentoring of your sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring & training of new team members on our sales process & the Algolia value proposition. You will participate & provide executive support in prospect & customer meetings. Success will entail working effectively with Marketing, Sales Development, Operations, Product teams & Customer Success. 

This is a high-impact role which will require a strong combination of commercial, strategic & people management skills.  The ideal candidate is customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, & is passionate about helping his/her team succeed in an exciting, hyper growth environment.
