WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Thanks to our growth, our team needs someone who is focused on driving & scaling our sales & Go-To-Market motions. The Sales Program Specialist will develop, communicate & execute on strategic sales plays, programs & initiatives as part of our Sales Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Sales Strategy.

The right team member will help build & ideate on new & data-driven sales approaches at Box, identify opportunities at scale, make insightful recommendations, & confidently communicate about sales strategy & messaging across stakeholders. You will need to balance the management of several simultaneous projects, so experience collaborating & advising on interdepartmental initiatives is paramount. Driving cross-functional alignment, crafting effective sales messaging & campaigns, & executing on growth initiatives will be key elements of this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive initiatives with GTM teams that deliver tangible results (ARR, Pipeline, ROI, etc.)

  • Craft effective sales messaging & campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to engage new & existing customers

  • Support the creation & utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs that drive revenue

  • Connect the dots between Sales, Online Sales, CS, Renewals, & Box Partners to propel pipeline growth, increase customer retention, & mitigate churn

  • Improve processes, tools, & metrics that enable transparent project management & reporting

  • Work with Enablement & department leaders to create consistent execution & facilitate the sharing of best practices across global teams

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2 years experience in a sales environment

  • Passionate & curious about experimentation & creating new approaches to drive results

  • Strong communication & writing skills, ideally customer-campaign experience

  • Versatile & dedicated to driving efficient productivity

  • Proven experience organizing & strategizing with multiple teams & departments

  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar preferred
