WANTED!! B2B Sales Manager - Corporate Wellness Manager (m/f)
We are looking for a competitive & trustworthy B2B Sales Manager (m/f) that will continue to speed up our growth across Italy & will motivate people to our goal to defeat inactivity.
You will report directly to the Head of the B.U. & You will be responsible for discovering & pursuing new sales prospects & maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet & surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid & sustainable growth .
Your role as B2B Sales Manager (m/f):
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities with the support of a BD team;
- Establish & manage business relationships with clients;
- Set up meetings with the key figures of potential clients (e.g. HR Directors, CEO, Managing Partners...) & listen to their wishes & concerns;
- Prepare & deliver appropriate sales speech to promote Gympass;
- Analyze clients' needs to offer them the right solution;
- Develop the business proposal & conclude deals;
- Create frequent reviews & reports with sales & financial data;
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results;
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales & improve customer experience.
- Min. 4-5 years experience as a sales executive or relevant role;
- Excellent Master or Bachelor degree;
- Proficiency in English;
- Already existing HR network is a plus;
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Fast learner & passion for sales;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Great communicative & relational skills;
- Proactive & entrepreneurship aptitude;
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Positive aptitude & team spirit.
