The Role: 

As the Field Marketing Manager, you are the business strategist & partner to our Sales team. You will serve as the marketing leader of your assigned sales territory(ies) & will create & own the Territory Marketing Plan that ensures your region(s) are achieving business goals. You will own & deliver all region-specific marketing activities in the Territory Marketing Plan, while influencing, orchestrating, & providing visibility to other areas of the overall national Marketing plan that span multiple Sales regions.

And you have experience with the salesforce & marketing management & tracking tools common to Sales & Marketing teams. Youre a natural relationship-builder, & have the ability to speak the language of the business, translating marketing metrics into business drivers that your Sales team values. You have a history of successfully executing account-based marketing & marketing to, with & through partners, & have a passion for coaching other team members on best practices in those areas. This is a heavily influential role, so the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, & assertively is a must.
