The Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a book of existing global clients in the legal & advisory space while supporting our efforts to promote process, drive retention rates & increase revenue. The Customer Success Manager will be experienced in the financial services space while also possessing strong communication, relationship building & problem solving skills.
