CLEARs Strategic Operations team leverages technical & analytical expertise to measure performance & drive business results to optimize our CLEAR Plus lane experience. Strategic Operations partners with Finance, Business Development, & Product to create a frictionless & efficient member experience. CLEAR is looking for an Aviation Affairs intern to help standardize internal documentation & develop tracking tools for external aviation relationships. The ideal candidate can blend experience with business development & customer relationship management with attention to detail & data integrity.

You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree & graduating anytime between December 2023 - Spring 2024.


What You Will Do:

  • Help design & build a customer relationship management ecosystem to track engagements with key airport & airline stakeholders
  • Partner with the Data & Aviation teams to create a one-stop-shop for tracking & monitoring relationships & business opportunities
  • Get hands on experience in Salesforce & exposure to CLEARs business structure across airport partners
  • Assist in pulling together data for external stakeholder presentations & meetings
  • Build relationships across a variety of cross-functional teams such as Airport Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Member Insights, Member Care, & Marketing

Who You Are:

  • Career interest in aviation,  business development or customer relationship management
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment, & willingness to assist beyond your normal day-to-day responsibilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail & data integrity
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to learn quickly & the confidence to propose solutions to challenges

The base salary range for this role is $25/hr, depending on levels of skills & experience.
