THE POSITION:

As a Recruiter on our team you will own the full cycle; candidate selection process, creating & sustaining a pipeline of talent to maintaining a high offer close rate.  You will leverage your knowledge of FanDuels business & functional requirements while partnering with hiring managers & the leadership team to drive the talent process.  Key components include managing employer branding, developing job specifications, passive & active sourcing, inbound & outbound inquiries, interview strategies & final selection processes that ensure a strong fit & ability to influence organizational outcomes. This role will be a 6-month contract with the potential to go full-time. 

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own entire recruitment lifecycle with innovative & creative liberty to drive business impact
  • Recruiting for roles in marketing, VIP, customer service, retail & payment & fraud
  • Work cross functionally with other areas of HR to understand organizational design & role functions
  • Act as strategic partner to hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs to help them build a strong team
  • Build & maintain external networks by proactively searching for active & passive candidates through networks & active sourcing
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building & maintaining the FanDuel employment bran
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from initial reach out to close
  • Leverage systems & processes to track & support metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Work alongside HR Team to proactively identify talent challenges & then create impactful solutions to address them
  • Influence key stakeholders in the recruiting process through data & transparency to ensure deliverables in alignment with FanDuels hiring strategy
  • Ensure the timely completion & collection of interview feedback & then orchestrating next steps in the process
  • Data driven & analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics
  • Accountable for developing & maintaining a deep understanding of all requisitions within the company across business functions
  • Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared to meet the team
  • Structure new offers & work with compensation team to determine appropriate offer packages
  • Build & manage external relationships with local & national organizations, clubs, & other networks
  • Partner with marketing & our communications team to increase brand recognition

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing & managing multiple searches at once while delivering a high caliber of work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding & executing the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer & closing a candidate)
  • Highly skilled in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn & building passive pipelines
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence & negotiate with a variety of internal clients & external candidates
  • Possess strong problem-solving, project management & program management skills
  • Strong team player who demonstrates interest & ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
  • Demonstrates adaptability & flexibility in the workplace
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills & are able to navigate complex situations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to problem solve & work autonomously with a sense of urgency

The applicable salary range for this position is $71,900 to $106,400 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs & market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
