The Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confidently present Napkyn to potential clients through face to face meetings, phone calls, & emails
  • Take initial conversations with customers, create & understand problem statement, develop a plan of action, & work with the team to architect a solution
  • Take full accountability for proposals & agreements
  • Efficiently  log all communication & actions in the CRM system 
  • Demonstrate measurable success through achievable KPIs
  • Nurture positive & collaborative working relationships with clients

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of: Google Marketing Platform technologies (Google Analytics, Marketing, DV360, Campaign Manager, Search Ads360) 
  • Have knowledge & understanding of adjacent digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to deliver a top-level product overview/demonstration of Google Marketing Platform 
  • Previous experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotes, specifically Google reselling experience
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot,, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
