As a valued member of the People team, you'll support multiple hiring managers in their talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a positive applicant experience. You will have a passion for online media, the ad tech or fintech space, & will have proven success supporting various stakeholders in a high-growth, early stage company.  

Responsibilities:
Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including hiring manager intake meetings, posting of job descriptions, talent funnel management, & participation in weekly recruiting meetings
Leverage a variety of innovative strategies & tools to source talent & conduct outreach
Maintain applicant records & activity status in Even's applicant tracking system (Lever)
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely & appropriate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including initial phone screens to closure
Maintain up to date talent funnel reports, sharing weekly
Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as directed
Suggest process improvements to help evolve talent acquisition efficiencies 

Qualifications:
3-5 years proven experience functioning as an internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager within a high growth, fast-paced environment
Strong experience working with Lever or other application tracking systems
Proven ability to own full life cycle recruiting process
Experience leveraging various sourcing tools, including Linkedin, BuiltinNYC, Stack Overflow Self-motivated & assertive individual with strong organizational skills
Attention to detail & strong project management skills
Deadline-focused with creative problem solving skills & the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence
