Title: Project Manager, Brand Operations
HelloFresh is in search of a Project Manager to join our Brand Operations team. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager, & will closely partner with Brand Creative, Brand Strategy & Marketing, Public Relations, Photo Studios; as well as cross-functional Stakeholders to drive all benchmarks in the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about all areas of Creative Project Management & Operations, with a keen ability to lead & drive multiple / simultaneous projects, schedule complex timelines, establish rapport & cultivate relationships, allocate resources, understand scope, aggregate post-mortem feedback & data, guard process & workflow across print, digital, photo, & video.
You will
- Implement proven & innovative project management solutions to plan, manage, mitigate potential risks, & complete all creative, photo, & video projects
- Challenge the value, purpose, & achievability of a creative request
- Determine resource & project plan to meet key milestones & deadlines of production processes following a creative briefing
- Lead communication of timelines, status updates & potential risks to your project teams & leadership
- Work closely with stakeholders, photography & creative teams to shape & understand expectations, & define scope of shoots
- Drive decision making required to ensure successful execution of shoots within time & budget constraints
- Assist in the efficiency & organization of the production team & workflow while maintaining quality of product line & premium photography
- Proactively problem-solve & push work through, even in areas of uncertainty & ambiguity
- Create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders & align on projects coming into your lane to forecast, resource, communicate expectations, & mitigate risk
- Participate in & drive stand-ups outlining priorities, capturing & removing roadblocks
- Partner closely with other Sr. Members of the Brand team to resource & scope projects
- Exercise critical thinking in navigating competing business interests & in navigating cross-functional processes & risk resolution
- Participate in regular training sessions to use our Project Management tool
- Assist in the maintenance & onboarding of appropriate partners & vendors
- Give leadership project-level status updates & reporting
- Ensure that projects launch on-time, delivering to expectation, as well as initiating & driving post-campaign assessments (post-mortem)

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Management, Communications, or equivalent required
- 4-5 years of creative project management or creative operations experience at an agency or in-house; specifically, in a high volume, high efficiency, & speedy operation
- Experience working in a project management system (eg. Wrike, Workfront, Basecamp, etc)
- Appreciation for creative + production workflows & working with creative teams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with managing 360 campaigns that involve different deliverables, such as Print & Packaging, Digital, Photo, & Video Production
- Experience in planning & executing creative & video projects from start to finish, including the ability to handle heavy resourcing coordination
