Client Success Lead, UK

We are looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven Client Success Lead to strengthen our strategic client relationships, develop & grow our strategic clients & partnerships & serve as a valuable resource & point of contact to provide a high quality end-to-end service. 

You will work in a highly motivated team composed of account managers - experts in the digital ad-tech landscape. The team retention is very high, ensuring a great working atmosphere & performance. This is a perfect opportunity for you to work with strategic advertisers, as well as leading various internal projects with the final goal of leveraging the level of service towards & the satisfaction of our Premium advertisers.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic advertisers, from different verticals, looking after performance or brand awareness KPIs. You will work with direct advertisers as well as premium agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity  for you to grow & be part of a great team, learning from others but also sharing your experience. 

The role will be based in London.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic Book of Business Management - service clients in accordance to importance & potential within your portfolio, spotting abilities to scale, product rollout potential & further client needs
  • Account insights & strategy analysing & creating custom reports & actionable insight for clients where necessary/ needed to support your arguments for account growth
  • Client education & proactive consultation Ensuring that clients are following the best practices & maximising every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform. Working with clients to help them understand & optimise their campaigns, hit campaign goals & scale their account
  • Campaign management handling of first level technical requests -  implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc. - & escalation of second level technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully
  • Upsell & Cross-sell - Focus on rollout of new product features & and additional campaigns as well as international account expansion
  • Client meetings & QBRs - Conducting face to face quarterly business review meetings with key clients whereby participants can range from day to day contact to C-level within the client organisation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in results-driven customer-facing role in Digital Marketing 
  • Knowledge of KPI based campaign/ client management & optimisation of campaigns towards hitting ROI & CPA targets.
  • Understanding of the Ad Tech industry & the Media Agencies landscape. 
  • Familiar with management of a portfolio of clients - prioritisation, & farming of portfolio growth according potential
  • Eager to understand & present the opportunities involved for clients looking for infinite scale 
  • Strong analytical skills, monitoring & identification of trends in data & generation of actionable insight & reports for the client
  • Outstanding relationship management & customer-facing skills
  • Excellent technological skills or ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation & optimisation from a technical point of view
  • Willing to travel for business 
  • Fluent in English, a secondary language is a plus.
