As the Manager of Service Level Management you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of Wealthsimple's support processes reporting to the Director of Client Success. You will manage & expand our Service Level Agreement to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients as the company grows & adds new product lines. You will work cross-functionally within Client Experience & across the company to ensure we are meeting our internal targets & identifying areas for improvement. Additionally for urgent severity incidents, you will take on the role of escalation manager, driving urgency & resolution to our most challenging situations.
