Peloton is looking for a passionate & hardworking Consumer Strategy & Insights Manager to support our growing Marketing Strategy function! This person will help translate data-driven insights into more effective marketing & will collaborate with teams across the Marketing organization, & beyond, to develop clear, actionable insights. This role will lead strategic projects from end to end including, but not limited to, creative testing, new product/market research, & target audience definition. Reporting to a Senior Manager of Consumer Strategy & Insights, this candidate will be responsible for identifying useful consumer insights to inform & improve Pelotons marketing.


  • Lead qualitative & quantitative creative research for large marketing campaigns & help optimize
  • Develop questionnaires, sample, & data analysis plans, screeners, discussions guides, & reporting
  • Synthesize research findings into useful insights for the marketing team
  • Own the View of the Consumer for a specific Peloton product(s)
  • Partner with the brand leads to help drive the effectiveness of our biggest marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with a Senior Manager of Consumer Strategy & Insights on certain strategic projects (e.g., consumer segmentation, consumer lifecycle research, & go-to-market/messaging research)
  • Use a mix of vendors & primary research to always keep a pulse on consumer desires


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (hands-on quantitative research experience is required)
  • Analytical mentality with an understanding of the marketing landscape
  • An independent, strategic, & creative problem solver who is a strong teammate (no job is too small or too large) & willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-motivation & the ability to balance an array of tasks
  • Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint
