Our Deal Team members collaborate with Palantir's Sales, Legal, Finance, & Engineering teams to proactively engage with existing & prospective commercial customers, leading the structuring & negotiation of deal terms so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world.

As a member of the Commercial Deal Desk, you will support Deal Team members as they drive deal execution & support our sales efforts at scale. You will use your expertise to coordinate the formulation of commercial deal terms, & provide them to internal stakeholders ready for customer negotiations. You will also utilize your understanding of the business landscape to build relationships with internal partners, manage the commercial deal pipeline, & increase the visibility of deal progress & forecasting impact across all levels of our organization, from analysts to C-suite executives.

In this role, you will also support various special projects that arise at our fast-paced, mission-focused company. We're a team that values both creativity & teamwork. Whether operating solo or collaboratively, we endeavor to achieve great results on challenging, time-sensitive deal discussions & projects.

You'll be given open ended objectives & expected to find ways to turn them into outcomes. By focusing on the broad vision without losing sight of the details, you will be critical in ensuring our company strategy is reflected in our commercial dealmaking, whilst helping shape the future strategy. You'll deliver complex commercial contract & deal information in an understandable way, & can manage high touch stakeholders in a constantly shifting landscape.
