This role will partner with business leaders & senior Executives to develop & execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, & employee engagement. In addition, the HRBP will own programs that run across the broader HR team. The HRBP will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, & the overall employee experience.
To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities & translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows. You will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, & collaborate across many teams, levels, & situations.

What will your job look like? You Will
 Partner with the Exec. & the leadership team for all strategic people topics such as workforce planning, succession planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management.
 Provide coaching & consultation on people topics to improve work relationships, productivity, performance, engagement & employees' experience in their teams.
 Be a trusted advisor to the Exec. & the leadership team for all people related topics & strategies to be designed.
 Drive, develop & execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges & needs, based on deep understanding of a full business "pictureā€¯.
 Be a true hands-on approach as well as have the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
 Anticipate & plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks & develop action plans to ensure the success.
 Ensure leadership continuity & development through succession planning & talent management processes. This involves collaboration with L&D & the CoE teams to promote learning & knowledge development.
 Promote an organization climate based on Contentsquare values & culture, to deepen the adoption of these values & strengthen employee's engagement & performance .
 Collaborate with the HR partners, TA , CoE, Finance & legal to execute & deliver people topics.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:
 Proven track record as HRBP in fast -paced global companies.
 Expertise in developing trusting relationships at all levels- from entry to c-suite.
 Strong internal & external customer service focus.
 Demonstrated ability to manage human resources at both the strategic & tactical levels.
 Be as a steward of our culture values, championing Diversity & Inclusion.
 Demonstrate multicultural & global experience understanding how to enable cross cultural collaboration.
 Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams both within HR & across the business
 Experience applying agility to every aspect of a role
 Strong empathy & change management skills to work through rapid growth & change.
 Assertive, able to challenge & ask hard questions, professional & personal integrity
 Results-oriented, have solid analytical & problem-solving skills, live in the data to explain the what, why & how.
