About Virtual Restaurant NewCo

Create has identified an opportunity in the restaurant industry, which is a trillion dollar market. We are developing a suite of delivery-only restaurant brands that leverage existing kitchen infrastructure in secondary and tertiary markets. We've analyzed 32K zip codes to determine the most optimal cuisine and location pairs. The company will use best-in-class branding, marketing, culinary and kitchen operations to create a myriad of food brands that will cater to a hungry and loyal customer base.

Co-founder Responsibilities

We are seeking a co-founder who will build and lead all growth efforts for this suite of virtual restaurant brands. We are seeking someone who is not only ambitious, but also passionate about creating and marketing brands that people love. This is a cofounder role. Everything from branding to growth to launch strategy is in purview. This role is strategic and operationally focused as it will touch all aspects of the business, including having a role in new market and menu selection. This means developing an amazing product/service that customers love, and building a company from the ground up. Responsibilities

Provide leadership and run all areas of the business related to marketing and branding
Develop brands from the ground up
Develop and refine market entry strategies
Act as a champion and owner for the business with both internal and external stakeholders
Align resources to achieve key business results, including overseeing budgets
Support in the refinement of Virtual Restaurant NewCo's mission, vision, and value proposition
Work hand in hand with the culinary operations co-founder to deliver the perfect suite of brands and menus for the end customer
Define 360 go-to-market strategy and approach for third party delivery platforms
Establish short and medium term goals for a successful company launch, and execute against them
Create systems for ongoing marketing activities with the intention of building notable brands
Working alongside the operations lead, build delicious menus from scratch that wow' customers
With the support of Create, recruit the founding team
Develop process and procedures for engaging third party delivery platforms that will drive customer engagement and growth
Oversee P&L and marketing budget
Build strategic partnerships that will support and drive company launch and growth


About you

Experience building food brands from scratch
Has recruited and retained a hardworking and dedicated team
Has experience overseeing GTM strategy for a new brand
Seeking fast paced, high growth environment
Understanding of delivery platforms such as DoorDash, UberEats, Caviar, etc.
Ability to make difficult decisions
Maniacal attention to detail
Culinary background with a passion for creating delicious food
