The Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for driving key customer actions across the customer journey. This will be achieved by developing roadmaps based on customer insights & ensuring prioritization based on impact, executing across multiple channels.
The successful candidate is a seasoned marketer with experience in all aspects of customer lifecycle management including building cross channel initiatives, personalized trigger campaigns, & proper customer segmentation. Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal & external teams, & driving programs that reach millions of users, as well as an aptitude for strong copywriting. A mind for innovation, putting the customer first, & learning through testing is also highly valued.
