The Executive Strategy Director will play a key leadership position that drives the success of clients, & Landor. Externally, they will grow larger, long-term relationships & become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. They will help build practices & mentor team members across the region to grow the capabilities of our offer. They will create lasting impact by being part strategic advisor, part client developer, & part team builder. They will inspire & lead teams to solve clients toughest brand & business challenges.
What were looking for
You will have a strong balance of thought & action. You have a passion for understanding a clients business & arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. You will be an experienced analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business & strategic planning. You will have proven experience leading large complex projects with executive business acumen across multiple markets & channels. You will have an inherent curiosity, be an innovative thinker, & bring insights & cutting-edge solutions to the table. You are able to see the big picture, present & future, & explore those possibilities. You are results-focused, collaborative, passionate, enthusiastic & tech savvy.
