What Youll Do

As part of the Global Social Solutions team, you will take part in driving the evolution of DoubleVerifys social product suite.  The Senior Analyst will work closely with Product, Sales as well as the Social Account Management team to help develop word class solutions to support the global social business.  The Global Social Solutions team develops customized safety & suitability products to support campaigns across the leading social video platforms.  Current solutions support YouTube, Facebook, TikTok & Twitch. 

The solutions developed by the team are powered by a combination of data science & content moderation. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the activities of a global team of moderators while also leveraging the power of DVs proprietary technology.   Within this role, the Senior Analyst will become an expert on brand safety & suitability standards & will collaborate with several departments to ensure DVs standards are met.  Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee production of content moderation at scale in order to meet product production timelines 
  • Analyze proprietary data to measure performance, identify new opportunities, as well as to assess ROI
  • Work alongside product & data teams to support the development of complex policy guidelines  
  • Evaluate opportunities to introduce processes to mitigate future operational challenges
  • Maintain documentation to provide the 3rd party vendors for clarity in order to effectively execute content guidelines 
  • Answer complex questions in regards to interpreting DVs content policy standards for brand safety & suitability 

Who You Are

  • 4+ years overall work experience
  • 2+ years of experience within online advertising industry
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, both internally & externally
  • Extremely detail oriented & comfortable working independently
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities & potential issues - conceptualize how the small operational facets of the role play into the big picture for the growing social product suite
  • Strong communication & organizational skills, comfortable working with numerous remote global teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments & ad hoc projects 

Extra Bonus 

  • Experience working with 3rd party measurement vendors across social media platforms and/or advertising agency, publisher, ad network 
  • Ability to speak & write in multiple languages
