Right now, we're looking for a Community Moderation Executive to join our Moderation team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating & moderating users & listings to ensure trust & safety on Depop.
On a daily basis, you will use a number of tools to identify, assess & action on profiles that pose risks to the business & other users. You will also be involved in projects aimed to improve our processes and/or educating our users on issues related to infringements of Depop rules, fraud & counterfeits.
- Investigate user accounts & gather relevant information from different sources to prevent fraudulent activities and/or infringements to our Terms
- Communicate with our users in a friendly yet confident manner
- Review listings that may contain prohibited items
- Proactively keep up-to-date with anti-fraud & anti-counterfeiting knowledge & trends
