THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Media & Demand Generation Associate to support our mobile marketing channel across all business units - Fantasy, Sportsbook, Casino, & Racing. This role will be tasked with supporting our full-funnel brand & direct response campaigns across a variety of agencies, networks, & direct suppliers to build brand awareness & drive new registrations & real-money players. Were looking for a team player who is interested in building their career in digital marketing or digital media who has an ear to the ground when it comes to emerging mobile best practices & marketing trends.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support the day to day execution & optimization of various mobile campaigns across the FanDuel business lines
  • Generate inputs & insights for interval reporting such as daily & weekly performance, competitive, creative & various project updates
  • Assist with building season-long media plans to meet team KPIs across multiple tactics, ensuring the team is establishing & crushing benchmarks to strengthen our advertising playbook
  • Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Media Ops, Integrated Campaign Marketing & Growth on campaign development & execution
  • Improve internal processes for digital media campaign management, including streamlining creative & tag trafficking to multiple partners & setting a testing framework for emerging campaign & product projects.
  • Coordinate with external partners on day to day needs & deliverable management
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations & partner authorizations
  • Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 1+ years of experience managing mobile marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing & media metrics (CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, & LTV) & understanding of the utilization & relationship between them
  • Comfortable working on concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data & methodologies used to inform decision making & drive performance management
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams & ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Experience working with Appsflyer or other Mobile Measurement Platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, & ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business & culture of sports & gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
