A day-to-day PR Agency Sales Manager at SimilarWeb you will:
- Be responsible for generating new revenue for SimilarWeb: creating, cultivating & developing accounts & increasing market share with independent PR agencies across North America.
- Report to the North America Team Lead, & be expected to exceed revenue goals by planning & executing successful sales within global digital agencies & consultancies.
- You will be responsible for acquiring & possessing expert knowledge of all SimilarWeb products.
- On a day-to-day you will:
- Meet & exceed sales quota through inbound / outbound leads - strategically selling the companys various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation & negotiation.
- Build cross functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account. further by focusing on director / C-level engagement.
- Develop accurate forecasts & manage sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
What will I bring to the team?
- Relevant experience - minimum 3 years experience selling to PR agencies.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Highly analytical & comfortable with digital marketing practices.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets.
- Experience in presenting to senior management of prospect organizations.
- Ability to persuade, lead, & confidently handle objections & resolve customer objections.
- An understanding of how PR agencies work digitally including their placement, content, search & measurement strategies.
- Experience of working with SaaS data-driven analytics solutions (a plus).
