Palomino Media Group is seeking an Account Executive with experience in sales marketing & media sales. The position of Account Executive, Programmatic Sales will play an important role in supporting Vudus Private Marketplace & Programmatic Guaranteed revenue growth, strategy & new partnership development. This AE will be responsible for driving & supporting PMP/PG sales via a consultative & technical advertising approach with DSPs, advertisers, & marketers who are looking to leverage data & execute programmatically. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage, grow & maintain direct programmatic sales efforts across account list, selling & fulfilling direct programmatic solutions to clients, agencies, trading desks & DSPs -- & sourcing demand
- Structure always on programmatic (upfront) deals, as well as exclusive / private exchange deals for select buyers
- Solicit feedback from the demand side & bring back to management to identify feature improvements for product team
- Serve as an expert on key programmatic business trends, new technologies & best practices across account list
- Work in tandem with Direct team counterparts on packaging & selling programmatic inventory. Support direct sales team in structuring & selling programmatic deals
- Work with Account Management to augment sales collateral (including analytical insights) & post-campaign reports detailing achievement of campaign results & communicating the value of Vudus directly-sold programmatic inventory
- Onboard, manage & drive PMP/PG sales across new & existing programmatic clients
- Build & manage a pipeline that focuses on trading desks, programmatic marketers, agency traders & buyers
- Deliver the highest level of sales & customer service to our clients
- Understand the Vudu platform
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of AdTech / programmatic advertising sales and/or business development experience
- Strong understanding & knowledge of the programmatic landscape, programmatic buying/PMPs including technology, techniques, partners, & business models
- A team-oriented nature that thrives on collaboration with others
- Adept at prospecting & using effective consultative selling principles & practices
- Strong client service relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan & organize, set priorities & multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & presentation skills; ability to 'own the room'
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- SalesForce experience is a plus
