Job Title: Production Coordinator

Reports to: Creative Lead

What You Will Do:

The Production Coordinator supports VaynerCommerce supports the production team in handling all logistics, budgets, & paperwork.

You have 5 key areas that you excel at:

1. Ability to handle expected & unexpected needs of production based on past experience
2. You anticipate potential problems & quickly pivot to ensure a smooth production process ensuring the timely delivery of expected assets
3. Well versed in Microsoft Excel, with experience building & wrapping production budgets
4. Comfortable negotiating rates & handling all paperwork surrounding the hiring of talent & freelance crew members, as well as handling logistics regarding locations & gear rentals
5. Drafting call sheets & production documents
6. Track all expenses & work with the finance department to reconcile all invoices
7. Potentially helping source props & gear with guidance from Director & DP
8. Help plan & coordinate production
9. Support Director & DP on set with any issues that may arise

• Extremely organized individual who really loves order & hates chaos
• Maintain effective & proactive department-wide communication.
• Assists in directing the Production Assistants to conduct runs, assist on all shoots, & ensure the shoot locations are clean & organized before & after filming when needed
• On set experience is a must

Experience / Knowledge Required:

• 3+ years experience as a Production Coordinator in the digital media landscape, preferably with a company specializing in short form content creation
• Additional experience with any of the following is a plus
• Videography/Photography: DSLR & Iphone
• Lighting & Cinematography
• An established network of professional freelancers & gear rental options is a plus
• An individual with high emotional intelligence & strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork & positive results
• Responsible, accountable, & self starter who consistently demonstrates initiative
