Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Optimization Associate Operations Manager to join our Concierge Optimization team.

About the role

Members of the Operational Excellence team drive efficiencies & processes that improve the experiences of our members & colleagues.

As an Optimization Associate Operations Manager within the Operational Excellence team, you will lead a team of project managers & project specialists who support department leaders across Oscar. You will ensure operational success, including driving the development of process improvements & facilitating support where needed. You will support the Optimization Manager in developing team members & building a team structure to further guide the success & optimization of Oscar's operations.

You will report to the Optimization Manager. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily success of the Operational Excellence team including 1:1s, project support, & ongoing professional development for the team's project managers & project specialists
  • Independently responsible for small to large-scale projects, including vitals, that support optimization efforts across Service Ops
  • Partner with company partners to support a continuous improvement model with an ultimate goal of enhanced workflows & member experience
  • Refine operational process continuously for program oversight to ensure compliance & scalability

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience managing, driving & overseeing projects.
  • 3+ Years coaching & developing teams

  • Bachelor's degree
