ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team & help scale our commercial & technical functions. In this contract role, you will be providing coverage for a team member who is on parental leave & you will be integral to the continued growth of our organization. This person will be responsible for hiring top talent across the US & managing the entire candidate lifecycle from creating a robust pipeline of candidates, to setting up inclusive & enjoyable interview processes, & negotiating/closing offers. In this role, you will get firsthand experience recruiting top talent in one of the most competitive markets while also being exposed to a technology startup that is disrupting a $15T asset class, Commercial Real Estate.
